How does Reform Judaism understand sustainability?  What makes Judaism “green”?  "Green" Judaism is part of a longstanding tradition.  This session will explore how we might better incorporate environmentalism into our modern Reform Jewish practice and theology. What are the ways in which the Reform movement invites environmental sustainability into people’s lives and practices of faith?  How has our movement faced the challenges and facilitated the opportunities of embracing the “green”?  What obligations does Reform Judaism set for living on and living with the earth?   Join us prior to Tu B’Shevat to discuss the links between Jewish practice and sustainable living.
