Shine those boots, dust off your hats and come to Saloon Emanu-El's 4th Annual KOSHER BBQ competition and "wrangle up" some yummy meat.

 

Never been to the JBQ? - well you are missing out! Come enjoy some friendly competition from grillers from all over the Charleston area. Categories include brisket, beef ribs, chicken, and maybe some fish. And of course, some yummy sides.
 

Think you have the best brisket, ribs or chicken grilling recipe? Form a team and come on out and make sure you bring your friends to support/vote for you! Limit of 4 team members. Emanu-El will provide a grill, basic grilling utensils, the meat, and two bags of charcoal. Each team must use kosher ingredients that will be checked by Rabbi Rosenbaum prior to the grilling.
