Rabbi David Radinsky (Sunday, 3:00pm)
G-d Helps Those Who Help Themselves
As Jews we subscribe to the notion that "G-d helps those who help themselves". What are the Biblical and Talmudic sources for this belief? To what extent do we believe that we have to help ourselves until G-d starts helping us? Are we allowed to rely on G-d to perform a miracle for us?

Managing Everyday Stresses Jewishly

Mrs. Radinsky will discuss practical ways to create a calmer life style from both a Jewish and secular perspective.
