Join us at Addlestone Hebrew Academy as we commemorate Yom HaShoah with a film screening of “German Shephard”, an animated movie dealing with the response of Germans to Nazi persecution of Jews during World War II. The film will be followed by a panel discussion, open to communal questions, with Judge David Paul, director of "German Shephard" as well as Mr. Alexander Blochwitz, a non-Jewish German volunteer for the American-Jewish Committee (AJC) in New York who is descended from both Jewish and Nazi ancestors.
This event is free and open to the public and made possible through the Saul Alexander Foundation's IMPACT Grant.
