Andrew Porwancher is the Wick Cary Professor of Constitutional Studies at the University of Oklahoma. He is the author of four books, including The Jewish World of Alexander Hamilton, which was published by Princeton University Press and won the Journal of the American Revolution Book-of-the-Year Award. Porwancher’s writing has appeared in the Wall Street Journal and Washington Post. He has held fellowships at Oxford, Princeton, and Harvard.
