South Carolina is of one of only three states in the country without any law to combat hate crime. In this session, we will be joined by KKBE congregant Brandon Fish, Director of the Jewish Community Relations Council, for a discussion about the need for state hate crime legislation, how these laws work, and the multicultural coalition-building taking place to pass hate crime laws in South Carolina.
