The annual meeting of the Hebrew Benevolent Society will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2018, at 6:30 PM, at the Center for Jewish Life (Chabad of Charleston) located at 477 Mathis Ferry Road, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464. Cocktails and Heavy, Kosher Hors-D’oeuvres will be served.

Founded in 1784, the Hebrew Benevolent Society is the oldest Jewish philanthropic organization in the United States.
For 234 years, we have supported Jewish families in need. Today we continue this tradition by supporting Jewish Family Services and providing scholarships for local Jewish students, among our other charitable endeavors.

The suggested donation to attend the annual meeting is $36. Members may bring one non-member guest to the annual
meeting, free of charge. We encourage you to bring a guest, but please RSVP by May 15.

If you are not a member and are interested in our venerable organization, you are invited to join us at our annual
meeting. Annual dues start at just $36.
