Join Jewish Studies and YAD as we are taught by Liz Alpern and Jeffrey Yoskowitz, co-founders of The Gefilteria, how to make pickles using traditional methods. You will leave with a jar of soon-to-be pickled vegetables. This event is restricted to young professionals and recent alumni of the College.
