This century has seen new regional threats in the Middle East — ISIS, Al Qaeda, and radical Islam —
and a world stage in which these threats have become manifest. Israel and the world Jewish
community are particularly vulnerable to these new threats, since the anti-Western rhetoric and
ideology often focus on both the Jewish state and the Jewish people. Kenneth Jacobson will
address the worrisome impact of this new reality.
Kenneth Jacobson joined the Anti-Defamation League staff in 1972 and currently serves as its
Deputy National Director, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the formulation of ADL’s policy and its
